DEFINITIONS

BUSINESS ADS:  Any scene and/or dialogue which motivate people to a transaction or in any other way results in a financial gain or loss to the advertiser shall be considered a Business Ad.  Any organization or individual operating as a business with a Federal or State tax number, including not-for-profit organizations, or individuals, who shall receive any financial gain or loss, including political candidates, shall be considered commercial and must pay the designated CIN standard business rate.

PERSONAL and NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any ad or announcement, NOT defined by Graham Media’s definition of Business Ads above, shall be considered a personal ad and subject to CIN’s personal ad rate.  

FOR SALE BY OWNER (FSBO) ADS: Ads to sell personal property will be accepted from Individuals; however, the individual may be required to provide reasonable proof that the property is personally owned by them.  FSBO ads may NOT include any reference to any business, contain a business phone number or address or company logo, including visual images contained in photos.  Ads for real estate will NOT be accepted as FSBO if they are currently listed with a Realtor, Mortgage or Finance Company, MLS Service or any other business that engages in the buying, selling, construction or financing of any type of real estate.  When submitting a FSBO ad, customers must provide their work number for security purposes only.  Customers WILL NOT be called at their work number unless they specifically give Graham Media or CIN permission to do so.

All ads and announcements must be paid for in full before they will be aired.

Graham Media reserves the right to reject any ad for any reason.

ALL Advertisers MUST SIGN an AD AGREEMENT FORM.  Ad copy and photos must be delivered to Graham Media NOT LESS THAN 5 working days prior to your Agreement START DATE.   Failure to meet this deadline MAY cause your ad to start later than your scheduled START DATE.  Refunds will not be issued when Customer fails to meet this deadline.  All sales are final, no refunds or credit for early termination of pre-paid ads.  Ad copy or digital photos may be sent by Email to:    cin@gmi.net  Finished ads submitted by customer must be 640 x 480 in BMP, TIFF or GIF format.  Ads may be changed every 30 days.
