CIN Policies
ALL Advertisers MUST SIGN an AD AGREEMENT FORM. Ad copy and photos must be delivered to Graham Media NOT LESS THAN 5 working days prior to your Agreement START DATE. Failure to meet this deadline MAY cause your ad to start later than your scheduled START DATE. Refunds will not be issued when Customer fails to meet this deadline. All sales are final, no refunds or credit for early termination of pre-paid ads. Ad copy or digital photos may be sent by Email to: JESSICA Finished ads submitted by customer must be 640 x 480 in BMP, TIFF or GIF format. Ads may be changed every 30 days.
